Hope + Me OCD Peer Support Group Free
Ontario-wide, on Zoom. Peer-led, first and third Thursday, 7:00–8:50 p.m. ET. For anyone who identifies as experiencing OCD challenges. No referral needed.
OCD Toronto Support Group Free
Formerly Toronto West OCD Group. Volunteer-run and peer-led, usually on Zoom the third Tuesday, September to June, 7:00–9:00 p.m., with occasional meetings at Romero House, 1558 Bloor Street West. Adults, children, and family or friends are welcome. ocdtorontocan@gmail.com · 647-290-9409
Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous Toronto Free
Zoom and phone, fourth Saturday, 10:00–11:30 a.m. ET. Open to people with OCD and supporters, including outside Toronto. This is a 12-step group, a format that won't suit everyone. ocatorontogroup@gmail.com

Sunnybrook OCD Family Support Group Free
Zoom group for Ontario residents 18+ who are family members, partners or other supporters of someone with OCD. First Tuesday monthly, 6:30–8:30 p.m. Led by trained family peer volunteers.

Anxiety, panic and phobias
Dedicated recurring peer groups for panic disorder or specific phobias are scarce. Broader anxiety groups usually include them.
Ontario virtual peer groups, including a Depression and Anxiety group. No referral required. Check the current calendar for dates.
CMHA Waterloo Wellington Peer Support Free
Virtual and in-person drop-in support for residents of Waterloo Region, Guelph and Wellington County. Trained peer facilitators. Check the monthly calendar.

Behavioural Wellness Clinic OCD Support Group (Ottawa) $60 / session
Clinician-led (not peer-led) Zoom group, last Wednesday monthly, 6:30–7:30 p.m. ET. Focuses on ERP experiences, motivation and accountability. The first meeting is advertised as free.
